What we charge:
Appointments with Justice Naccarato may be in person, by phone or via video conferencing on our secure portal.
Virtual program prices are General Health: $3295, Gut Health: $3195, Hormone Balancing: $3,495. All virtual programs include 6 one-on-one appointments, up to 1 hour each, with Justice (1/month), 6 group sessions (1/ month) which are optional, educational videos, a wellness checklist, access to discounted supplements, access to our portal where you will find your personalized recommendations, your own personal food and mood journals, lab results, options for uploading documents and chat features (including access to chat with our client care specialist, your practitioner, as well as group chat with other participants enrolled in the same program). Each virtual program also includes one complete lab (if needed). The hormone balancing program includes a second lab. All 6 sessions must be utilized within 6 months of purchase.
In person visit prices are Relax & Renew sessions: $495 each for a 1 hour appointment. Relax & Renew package: $1,980 for 5 one hour appointments (buy 4, get 1 free). Facial or body cupping add-on’s are $49 for 2 cups. Relax & Renew sessions and packages include access to discounted supplements and access to our portal where you will find your own personal food and mood journals and a chat feature where you can communicate with our client care specialist and your practitioner. If you purchase a Relax & Renew package, appointments are limited to 1 session/ week and 4 sessions/ month. All 5 sessions must be utilized within 6 months of purchase. Renew Your Health package: $4,995. Renew Your Health package includes 1 four hour session with Justice (included in the last 45 minutes is a Relax & Renew session), access to discounted supplements, access to our portal where you will find your personalized recommendations, your own personal food and mood journals, lab results, options for uploading documents and chat features (Including access to chat with our client care specialist as well as your practitioner). The Renew Your Health package also includes 1 complete lab (if needed) and 1 follow up appointment, up to 1 hour, within 8 weeks of purchase.
Sometimes additional testing is warranted and may be recommended. The lab that we prefer is ZRT, although we are not affiliated with them, nor do we receive any financial compensation from recommending their services. We do include having kits sent to you, at no additional charge, when recommended . These tests are at the expense of the client and, as such, are the property of the client. Testing may range from $45-$425; the lab fee is separate from any additional appointments with our team. These tests are not required and are at the discretion of the client. However, be advised that if you choose not to proceed with any recommended testing, it may impair our ability to help you. You may also attempt to get this testing done through other sources at your choosing. We recommend and fully support seeking the advice of a medical professional for any diagnoses or treatment.
Follow up appointments:
Follow-up appointments are $595 for up to 45 minutes. Clients Must complete at least one virtual program or Renew Your Health package before booking any follow up appointments. Follow up appointments are limited to 2 per year. These appointments include, but are not limited to, client progress updates, amending supplement, nutritional, or lifestyle recommendations, answering questions, and/or addressing concerns.

Our practitioners may recommend products through our partners, FullScript, ZRT, Sera Vita and Wellevate. *Disclaimer: Our practitioners never recommend products or services that we don’t completely support, or that will not somehow benefit our clients. You are in no way obligated to purchase your supplements through these links. Should you choose to take advantage of the discount rate for Harmony clients, be advised that we may earn a small commission from your purchase at no extra cost to you.
Billing:
We do not bill or accept insurance. All programs and packages must be paid for at time of purchase. All fees for follow-up appointments and single Relax & Renew sessions are due at time of service. We accept cash, and Visa or MasterCard. Upon request, you will be provided with a detailed receipt which you may use to submit to your insurance or HSA for reimbursement, if you so choose. Payment plan options are available for virtual programs only.
All services are Non-refundable.
What we DO NOT charge for:
It is our sincere desire to help as much as possible, and to be available when you need us. We do not want you to postpone seeking advice due to financial issues. Therefore, phone calls under 15 minutes (as available) and communication through your client portal are gratis as a courtesy to our established clients. We are happy to help as much as we can through emails and portal messaging, although please note that not all issues can be handled in this manner. Should something detailed or complex surface you may be asked to schedule a follow up appointment.
Cancellation and no-show fees:
We understand that plans change, and we are happy to assist you with rescheduling your appointment. Barring extenuating circumstances, we ask that you call us 48 hours ahead of your appointment time to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should this window be missed, there is a 30% cancellation fee. The 30% will be calculated from 1/6 of the total program price for which you are enrolled or from the total cost of any follow-up or Relax & Renew session. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and have made no attempt to call or message us through the portal ahead of time, the card you provided when you booked your appointment will be charged 100% of your appointment cost for any appointment that is part of a program (respectively 1/6 of the total program cost), follow-up, or Relax & Renew session. The fee for any missed Renew Your Health appointment in the absence of any communication in advance of your appointment is $595 (Or $178.50 in the event that you contact us less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment time to cancel or reschedule a Renew Your Health appointment).
Our programs are here to help people who are committed to improving their health. Barring extenuating circumstances, dropping out of any program will prohibit any future enrollments or booking of follow up appointments. There are no refunds or exchanges in the event of a drop out.
Regarding credit card charges:
We utilize a virtual credit card processing service that allows us to both securely store your payment information as well as charge you for services rendered, fees you incurred, or applicable shipping fees for hormone panels, information, etc. As such, you will not be required to sign a receipt after each charge. By signing this form, you are hereby giving us authorization to run the credit card you have previously provided to us for charges on your account (please see our fees above). Payment is due at or before the time of service (please see the billing section above for details) and you understand that you are responsible for all fees as we do not bill insurance.
Regarding communications:
Check with your primary care physician before starting any new treatments, programs, or packages.
I choose to receive communications from Harmony Health Collective by phone, text, or e-mail at the number or address stated above, including but not limited to communications about appointments, product suggestions, appointment notes, and payment. I understand that such emails and phone calls may not be secure and there is a risk that they may be read by a third party.
I recognize that the portal chat feature offered through Practice Better is a convenience tool and will allow up to 40 business hours for a reply to any message I send to my practitioner and/ or the client care specialist, though in most circumstances, a reply is available within 48 hours or less. I also have the option to call the office if there is urgency to my communication. If I experience an emergency, I will dial 911 and/or visit an urgent care or emergency care facility.
I understand that I will receive a newsletter periodically from Harmony Health Collective at the email I provide and that I have the option to unsubscribe at anytime.
I give permission to Harmony Health Collective to send me recommendations through their affiliated supplement dispensaries for items discussed during my visits and/ or listed in my protocols, via email.
Harmony Health Collective will never sell or share my information with a third party.
